Forming
the Inner Mandala - Chi Kung Meditation

The classes provide an introduction to the practice of guided meditation
and beginning chi kung. The meditations and chi kung will be focused
on formation of the sacred inner mandala around five primary energies.
The purpose of this practice is to help students learn to ground
and center, and to develop and/or enhance a meditative form that
seeks to integrate the mind, body and spirit of the practitioner.
Chi kung centers the meditation in the movement of the body, to
restore inner balance, peacefulness and harmony.

The main purpose of C.O.S.NC. is to hold open rituals for Wiccans
to be able to come together and celebrate the Sabbats with others.
Our sister group, in Ohio, has been accomplishing this aim for many
moons now. Those of us here in North Carolina have not had the pleasure
to yet.......until now. Come and join us on our very first, open
Sabbat ritual together. All are welcome to attend any of our open
Sabbat rituals, now and in the future. For our first one, Imbolc,

"Massage" cupping is an exciting modern adaptation of

Beginning
Tarot Card Reading

they are saying? This class is for the novice and beginning reader
who wants to learn the basics of the Cards. We will study both the
Major and Minor Arcana, the structure of the deck, learn the traditional
Celtic Cross spread and how to build on it, the interactions of
the cards, and how you can learn to interpret them. Class participants

Tribute
to African American Legends-NC Tuskegee Airmen
Time: 1:00 PM
Join us for a tribute to the Tuskegee Airmen, the first squadron
of African American pilots to defend their country in World War
II. The event features the movie Tuskegee Airmen, with actors Laurence
Fishburne and Cuba Gooding Jr., followed by a discussion with North
Carolina Tuskegee Airmen: Harvey Alexander, Dr. Stewart Fulbright,
William E. McDonald, and Walter Chavis. The Tuskegee experience
produced 992 pilots for the United States Army Air Corps. This courageous
and talented group of fighter pilots, known as Red Tail Angels,
destroyed 407 enemy airplanes during World War II. They flew more
than 200 missions escorting B-17 Bombers without losing one to enemy
aircraft fire. They were the first to down a German fighter jet
and sink a German destroyer using only machine gun fire.

Henna tattoo can be just for fun, a practice run for the real thing

The process of design, application, drying and wrapping takes a
