Healing with Chakra Meditation Crystals is an alternative healing technique for strengthening the body and resolving issues and patterns using various forms of natural crystals.

Going from the tail bone to the top of the head, the colours are red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet. Different stones are believed to have different healing vibrations, so healing with crystals based on the type of stone may be used instead.
